During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the peacefulness and serenity of the hotel. The location, surrounded by trees and a beautiful lake, created a relaxing and calming atmosphere. the rooms were clean and modern, with comfortable beds and lovely balcony views. The outside spaces and lighting added a touch of charm to the overall experience.

There were some aspects that could be improved. The road leading to the hotel was rough and in need of repair, which made it difficult to navigate.

The hotel's private access to the lagoon through a beautiful garden and courtyard was a major highlight. The pier with hammocks and stunning views of the water was absolutely amazing. The location, although a bit outside the main town, was peaceful and serene. Complimentary coffee and water were a nice touch. Waking up to the soothing sounds of nature and the lagoon was truly magical. I found this small, low key, and well-maintained hotel to be a hidden gem in Bacalar.

Guests can enjoy the convenience of free kayaks and a stunning pier right on the lake for relaxation. The staff are friendly and accommodating, always willing to call a taxi for those wanting to explore the nearby town center.

There is some confusion with room assignments and stained sheets, which could be improved.

We had an amazing stay at a nature hotel right by the lake. The location was perfect, surrounded by a tropical garden and with private access to the lake. The staff was incredibly caring and always available to help. Our ground floor room was spacious and had a kitchenette, perfect for our needs. We loved relaxing outside on the hammock and chairs in the common area. The hotel also provided coffee and drinking water, which was a nice touch. We enjoyed sunbathing on the deck and swimming in the lake. Having a rental car made it easy to explore the nearby Bacalar town center, just a few kilometers away.
